Refund policy
Refunds: We will process any agreed refunds as soon as possible.  This will be within 14 calendar days of the date upon which we receive the returned goods from you, or where goods you claim to have returned have not been received by us, within 14 calendar days from the date upon which you provide, to our reasonable satisfaction, proof that substantiates you having taken the necessary measures to return the goods to us, whichever date is the sooner. We will normally refund you via the same payment method used to make your original payment.
